TE Connectivity micro quadlok system (MQS) automotive connector adopts 2.54mm neutral
line, which is suitable for vehicle applications with high vibration and mechanical stress. TE
Connectivity MQS has the advantages of existing contact systems, including high package
density, high current carrying capacity, robust design and safe operation. Socket contacts
and pin contacts can be safely inserted into the contact cavity and emit a clear click when
locked. The socket contacts four contacts on 0.63 x 0.63 mm pin contacts and achieves
current carrying capacity up to 7.5 a C (at 80 ° C). Micro power quadlok and power quadlok
systems expand the range of MQS contact series and add valuable features. Micro power
quadlok uses a 5.08mm neutral line with a maximum current carrying capacity of 34a or 25A.
Power quadlok adopts 7.62mm neutral line and has a current carrying capacity of 45A or 30A.
TE Connectivity MQS 1.5mm is suitable for sealed and unsealed applications. MQS 1.5mm
can be used with MQS, micro power quadlok and power quadlok to provide secondary
locking in a common horizontal plane.
